What does Venture House need now?

Venture House is currently raising $10,000 in private lead donations in advance of a crowdfunding launch campaign that will match those dollars, working toward a total of $50,000 in seed funding for this initial stage, to identify target properties, negotiate funding structures with private, nonprofit and government entities, and create an application process and screen initial applicants for Venture Houses. We intend to identify the first class of entrepreneurs and acquire and begin rehabs on the initial 5-10 properties in the pilot project by the third quarter of 2014 and begin rollout on a larger scale by early 2015.
